Does the bot run when my browser is closed?
No. BTC V3 and Copy run inside your browser tab. They only trade while the tab is open and your device is awake. If you close the tab or browser, or the device sleeps, the bot stops placing orders. Any position it already opened stays on Kalshi until it settles or you close it yourself.
How do I get a Kalshi API key?
Sign in at kalshi.com, open Account & security (account settings), then API keys, and choose Create new API key. Copy the Key ID and download the private key file. Kalshi shows it only once. Kalshi trading is for eligible US residents only. Your key can place orders, so keep it private and use Disconnect on shared computers.

BTC V3 — Kalshi BTC 15-minute momentum bot
Pick a mode. Same engine, different risk. A mode change applies when the next 15-minute window opens. Paper by default: decisions run on live data but no orders are sent. Live orders start only after you connect your Kalshi key and enable Live orders. With the kill switch on (default), every mode stops after 3 losses in a row.
Shark 0.5×, Wolf 1×, Degen 2×, Founder 1×. Daily loss caps scale with it. Changes apply at the next 15-minute window.
